This Raspberry Peach Sherbet is a light and refreshing “better for you” summer dessert. It is also egg free, dairy free and gluten free making it great for those with allergies!
From watching TV as I edit photos of mouthwatering food to blaring music and dancing around my kitchen as I cook and clean. Other perks is getting to take my dog on regular walks and spending all day in my pj’s or comfy workout clothes, if I wish.
However, there are some downfalls to this. I often yearn to wear cute clothes and have somewhere to wear them to. I wish I had business trips to rush off to and people to communicate with regularly.
And then right in the middle of the afternoon, when I am photographing a bowl of frozen deliciousness, I spy myself in a shiny spoon. I quickly take a second look and quickly notice that my reflection, pj’s and all, is staring back at me.
I then realize I CAN have all those things if I choose. But I chose this life. And I couldn’t be more happy.
Then I run and put on some real clothes…. you know… just in case you look closely at these recipe photos and notice that little reflection in that spoon.
Oh, and that little bowl of frozen deliciousness? Well it’s a tart, creamy, summer-inspired sherbet. Raspberry Peach Sherbet to be exact. This sherbet it so easy and only has four ingredients AND you don’t even need an ice cream maker to whip it up! My recommendation… make this asap and enjoy immediately while watching a pink summer sunset.
