Maple Dijon Roasted Sausage and Veggies
This sheet pan dinner recipe for Maple Dijon Roasted Sausage and

Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) packages precooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced 1-inch thick
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 medium russet potato, peeled and diced
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, quartered
- 1 head broccoli, florets removed from the stem
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper
- Brown or white rice, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil and set aside.
- In a large bowl, stir together the prepared sausage, potatoes, brussels sprouts, broccoli and red onion. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the sausage and vegetables. Stir to combine, making sure all of the sausage and vegetables are completely covered in the sauce.
- Divide the sausage and vegetable mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheets.
- Roast sausage and vegetable mixture in preheated 425-degree F oven for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and stir. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and caramelized.
- Serve immediately over hot rice.
