  • Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray as needed
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 (10-ounce) cans RO*TEL® Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, drained
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
  • ½ cup diced green bell peppers
  • 1/4  cup  sliced green onions
  • 1/4  cup  shredded carrots
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with the Pam Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls onto the baking sheet, pressing the rolls together into one large 10"x15" rectangle. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into a Christmas Tree shape. Press dough scraps into a small square and bake on a sperate baking sheet, if desired.
  3. Bake crescent roll tree in preheated 375 degree oven for 10-12 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, drained RO*TEL® Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies and the dry ranch seasoning mix. Cover cream cheese mixture with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.
  5. While crust and cream cheese mixture is chilling, remove the stem and seeds of the yellow bell pepper and cut into four large sections. Use a cookie cutter or sharp pairing knife to cut the yellow bell pepper into a star. Cut remaining pieces of yellow bell pepper into small pieces.
  6. Once the crescent roll tree is baked and cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust (see note below).
  7. Top the cream cheese with the diced vegetables to look like a Christmas Tree. Chill for one hour and serve.

Recipe Notes

You will probably have leftover of cream cheese mixture. You could buy two more rolls of crescent dough and make a second tree. OR serve the leftover cream cheese mixture as a dip with extra veggies.
