Ingredients

  • Yellow Layer:
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen tropical blend fruit mangoes, pineapple, banana etc.
  • -
  • Orange Layer:
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 5 baby carrots
  • -
  • White Layer:
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • -
  • Supplies:
  • Clear plastic cups or glasses
  • Orange and white straws
  • 4-8 pieces of candy corn

Instructions

  1. For the yellow layer:
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Add additional milk or fruit, if needed, to reach desired consistency (mixture should be thick) or yellow color.
  3. Divide yellow layer of the smoothie between two or four clear plastic cups or glasses. Place glasses in freezer for 15-20 minutes or until smoothie is set.
  4. For the orange layer:
  5. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth (no need to wash blender from yellow layer). Add additional milk or fruit/carrots, if needed, to reach desired consistency (mixture should be thick) or orange color.
  6. Once yellow layer has set, remove smoothie glasses from freezer and slowly pour the orange smoothie layer on top of the yellow layer, being careful not to blend the two layers.
  7. Return smoothies to freezer for an additional 15-20 minutes or until smoothie is set.
  8. For white layer:
  9. In a clean blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Add additional milk or yogurt, if needed, to reach desired consistency (mixture should be thick).
  10. Once orange layer has set, remove smoothie glasses from freezer and slowly pour the white smoothie layer on top of the orange layer, being careful not to blend the two layers.
  11. Serve immediately with festive straws and topped with 1-2 pieces of candy corn.
