This vegan Chorizo and Black Bean Chili is an easy weeknight dinner! Pair it with an assortment of chili bar toppings and you have a meal everyone loves!

2(15-ounce)cans no salt added black beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
n a large, heavy bottomed pot or dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers and sauté until onions are translucent and the peppers are soft, about 3-5 minutes.
Add MorningStar Farms Chorizo Crumbles, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt and black pepper; cook, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes.
Add vegetable broth, salsa and black beans to pot. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
Serve with desired toppings.
