Ingredients
1tablespoononion powder
1tablespoonpoppy seeds
1tablespoonsesame seeds
1tablespoongarlic powder
½teaspooneach sea salt and black pepper
1tablespoonolive oil or coconut oil
4salmon fillets
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together onion powder, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, sprinkle a generous amount of everything seasoning on top of the salmon flesh. Flip and finish cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
