A spicy popcorn recipe inspired by a popular appetizer, this popcorn is topped with crispy bacon, spicy jalapenos and tangy cheese.

Ingredients
1bag Pop Secret Kettle Corn
3strips of bacon,diced
1jalapeno pepper,stem removed and diced
¼cupfinely grated sharp cheddar cheese
¼cupfinely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Line a large baking sheet with foil, set aside.
Microwave popcorn according to package directions. Once fully popped, carefully open bag and pour into a large bowl.
Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a paper towel lined plate.
Leave about 1 teaspoons of the bacon drippings in the skillet and brush foil lined baking sheet with about ½ tablespoon of bacon drippings. Discard remaining bacon drippings.
Add diced jalapeno pepper to bacon grease and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour cooked jalapeno and any remaining bacon drippings in skillet, over popcorn in bowl. Add bacon to popcorn and stir to combine.
Pour popcorn onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese over popcorn. Bake popcorn in preheated 300 degree F oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
