Ingredients
¼cupbrown sugar
1tablespoonblack pepper
1tablespoonkosher salt
1 ½tablespoonsmoked paprika
1tablespoongarlic powder
1tablespoononion powder
½teaspoondry mustard
1tablespoonchili powder
1teaspoonground cumin
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together all the spices.
Transfer spice blend to a glass jar or plastic food storage container and seal tightly until ready to use.
Use as desired to season pork, beef, chicken, lamb or vegetables.
Store spice blend in sealed container in a cool, dry place for up to six months.
