Ingredients
1(14.5-ounce) can diced fire roasted tomatoes
2(4-ounce)cans diced green chilies
4Roma tomatoes,quartered
½ - 1cupfresh cilantro
1clovegarlic,minced
½lime,juiced
½teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
2avocados,peeled and seeded
Instructions
Place all ingredients, except avocados, into blender or food processor and pulse to desired consistency. Add avocados and plus a few more times or until desired consistency.
Serve at once, or pour into a food storage container and refrigerate for up to one week.
