Ingredients
1/3 - 1/2cupunsweetened almond or soy milk
1/2medium banana,sliced and frozen
1cupdiced pineapple
1cupdiced mango
2-3teaspoonshoney or agave nectar
1cupheaping baby kale
1-2teaspoonschia seeds(optional)
1-2teaspoonsflax seeds(optional)
3-4ice cubes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender or food processor. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes or until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. Add additional milk or ice, if needed, to reach desired constancy. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
Note: 1 (10-ounce) bag frozen tropical mixed fruit can be substituted for the fresh fruit and frozen banana.
