A ‘Green’ Party

September 30, 2011

Today I have my last post as part of the Glad One Bag event: focusing on eco-friendly cooking, cleaning, party planning, etc. In case you missed parts 1-3 check them out now: FYI: Composting; Let’s Go Green: Tips for cooking and cleaning eco-friendly; Tips and Ticks to eco-friendly party planing.
Below is a video of my lovely self recapping my own eco-friendly party and this four week project. (Please ignore my excessive ‘ums’ as well as ‘and what not’. I obviously still need practice from my last on air performance.) Oh and sorry the video is not centered. I am not that great at this technology stuff and it took for-ev-er just to get what you see.
And here is the food we ate:

Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sald Sandwiches (recipe coming soon)
Crock-Pot Baked Beans (recipe below)
Creamy Fruit Salad (click for recipe)
And last this No-Bake Cheesecake (recipe coming soon)
