So remember that one time, earlier this fall, that I made a bold statement that I was all pumpkined out, and I was striving to enjoy as many other fall flavors this year that I could during this short and delicious season. Well, I have been doing quite well, and have since shared several new apple recipes, a few cranberry recipes and even a persimmon recipe.
But I’m not going to lie, I have had a few pumpkiny things to eat, pumpkin spiced lattes (obviously), Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal and roasted pumpkin seeds, and even bought pumpkin spice lip gloss. And I get it, even though there are SO MANY other delicious fall flavors, pumpkin still reigns queen of fall and it is what everyone loves and is looking for when they skim Pinterest and their favorite blogs.
Because of this, I’ve been sharing a boatload of pumpkin recipes and crafts, like my super popular Crock-Pot Turkey White Bean Pumpkin Chili (pictured above), Turtle Pumpkin Pie, and my Fall Cobb Salad with Pumpkin Butter Viniagrette, on my social media accounts. I also decided team up again with some fellow bloggers (did you see the 70+ Apple Recipes and Crafts we complied last month) to participate in a round up of 50+ Pumpkin Recipes and Crafts.
My contribution to this pumpkin recipe round up were my Chocolate Covered Pumpkin Pie Popsicles that I shared earlier this fall and that have been going crazy on social media. And even though I said I was a little pumpkined out, after seeing all these delicious pumpkin recipes and crafts, well, I maybe rethinking my gutsy statement from last month, and maybe making and eating a few more pumpkin things before the fall is over. After all, pumpkin season only comes once a year! 🙂
