It’s the end of a decade as well as ten years of Kitchen Concoctions, so today I’m sharing our most popular recipes of all time!
Happy New Year!! I cannot believe not only another year has come and gone, but an entire decade! As, I’m sure with all of you, so much has happened in both my personal and professional life during the past 10 years.
This past decade has brought a lot of loss and heartache, stress and worry, and of course change. But it has also brought so many wonderful things. From every day bursts of sunshine to bigger celebrations, like in 2019 I celebrated 10 years of running Kitchen Concoctions!
Over the years I have worked extremely hard (so, so hard) on this little passion project of mine and have shared over a thousand recipes and have had my content featured on tons of magazines, newspapers and websites including Good Houskeeping, Country Living and more!
This past decade I’ve taught cooking classes and even cooked on TV. I’ve written articles for multiple newspapers and feel incredibly blessed to work with brands I use regularly in my own kitchen, like Stubb’s Sauces and Marinades, Greek Gods Yogurt, and The American Lamb Board, just to name a few.
And while there have been a ton of challenges running this site, including dealing with a lot of negative people, I would say that one of the most wonderful things this journey has brought me, has been the opportunity to meet and connect with so many wonderful people online and in real life.
I’m also humbled and so grateful, that so many of you return here week after week, day after day to support me, to read my ramblings, to make my recipes, and to share YOUR stories, favorite recipes and leave this piece of the internet a little more positive.
On the days I want to give up, I think back to your comments of support and encouragement, to stories of on how one of the recipes I’ve shared here have become a staple in your home or to those who have said I’ve inspired them (who? me?!?) and it drives me to continue this work (which at times, I can’t even wrap my head around).
I don’t know what the next decade will bring, (Who knows? International travel? A cookbook? More cooking on TV? More new friends?) but I’m looking forward to all the possibilities and so grateful to have each of your support!
Usually at the beginning/end of each year, I share a post with all of that previous year’s top recipes. However, since it’s the end of a decade and 10 years of running Kitchen Concoctions, I thought it would be interesting to take a look back at the most popular Kitchen Concoctions recipes of all time.
The recipes below have received hundreds of thousands of page views and pins on Pinterest! Not only are these recipes visited and re-pinned daily, they have received tons of positive feedback!
It is interesting to note, that below are my top recipes, but two of my personal favorite posts, my list of favorite Children’s Books About Food and my list of Road Trip Games and Activities for couples are both in my top five most popular posts; however, for today’s list I’m choosing to just share the most popular recipes.
One of my goals for this year, is to share more content inspired by these most popular posts, but I’d really like to hear more from you, my loyal readers, of the type of recipes and content you would like to see.
